Arrest Made in Armed Robbery and Stolen Vehicle Case in Westminster

The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, but Magruder attempted to flee. A pursuit ensued, with CCSO deputies eventually apprehending Magruder after a brief foot chase in Baltimore County.

Further evidence linking Magruder to the armed robbery was revealed during a search of the stolen vehicle conducted by WPD detectives. The stolen vehicle had been reported stolen in Baltimore County, adding another layer to the ongoing investigation. Magruder was subsequently transported to the Carroll County Detention Center, where he awaits an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
