Indore (Madhya Pradesh) witnessed two tragic incidents of cardiac arrest on Friday, leaving the local community in shock. The police conducted autopsies to determine the cause of death in both cases, leading them to believe that the victims had experienced silent heart attacks.
In the first incident, a 50-year-old man named Raju collapsed while walking on the road in the Raoji Bazar police station area at around 9 pm. He was rushed to the hospital but was unfortunately declared brought dead. Raju, a resident of Patnipura area, had been heading home from Phoolmali Samaj Dharamshala when he suddenly fell unconscious.
The second incident involved a 40-year-old man named Shakeel Khan, who suffered a cardiac arrest while sleeping at his residence in the Hira Nagar police station area. Shakeel, a resident of Shakkar Khedi, did not respond when his wife tried to wake him up. He was rushed to the hospital but, like Raju, was declared brought dead.
Additionally, a separate incident occurred in the Tukoganj police station area, where a 20-year-old youth named Ronak Mehraulia tragically fell from the fifth floor of a building. The incident took place around 1:30 am at DM Tower near Janjeerwala Square. The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident, as it remains unclear whether it was accidental or intentional.
Ronak, a resident of Dhar Naka, Mhow, was an employee at an educational institute in DM Tower. He had gone to the building with his cousin and a friend, even though he had a day duty. While talking on the phone on the balcony, Ronak lost his balance and fell, sustaining severe head injuries. His friend Gaurav witnessed the horrifying incident.
The police have initiated a thorough investigation into Ronak’s case and have conducted a post-mortem examination to gather more information.
