Josephus Leroy Harris III : “Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Crime Blotter: Week in Review”

In Prince Frederick, Maryland, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were kept busy during the week of February 5 – February 11, 2024, responding to a total of 1,948 calls for service. #### CDS Violation: 24-10565
On February 9, 2024, Cpl. Kelly conducted a traffic stop in Prince Frederick and discovered drugs and paraphernalia in the possession of Josephus Leroy Harris III and Tevon Anthony Middleton. Harris was charged with possession with intent to distribute narcotics, while Middleton faced similar charges.

#### CDS Violation: 24-1055
Deputy Campbell made a traffic stop on February 8, 2024, in Solomons and arrested Dennis Monte Moore for possession of a loaded handgun and counterfeit drugs.

Master Deputy Cress arrested Jaymen Ryan Greenfield on February 7, 2024, for possession of crack cocaine and amphetamines.

F/Sgt. McCarroll arrested Robert Joseph Fry on February 6, 2024, for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

#### Trespassing: 24-9315
DFC Hendrickson arrested Robert Allen Rice on February 5, 2024, for trespassing at Dunn Clean Laundry in Prince Frederick.

#### Theft: 24-11170
Cpl. J. Ward responded to a theft at Starbucks on February 11, 2024, where an unknown female stole a tip jar.

– Nicholas A. Shepherd, 33 of Lusby, was arrested on February 9 by DFC Shoemaker.

– Deedra J. Hanley, 31 of Bryans Road, was arrested on February 13 by Sgt. Naughton.
