The victims have been identified as Lakpa Sherpa (45), Sonam Sherpa (50), and Palden Sherpa (16), all residents of Yangang town. The local police officer, who provided details of the incident, stated that the vehicle was en route from Yangang town to Neeya village when it skidded off the road.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances that led to the accident. The focus of the investigation is to determine the cause of the vehicle losing control and falling into the gorge. As of now, no conclusive findings have been reported.
