Unfortunately, one of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was rushed to the hospital by MedStar.
The deceased victim has been identified as Donnell Smith Jr., according to records from the Tarrant County medical examiner. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the chest. Interestingly, the shooting address was also listed as Smith’s residence in the records.
