82-Year-Old Woman Killed in Green Bay Pedestrian crash

An 82-year-old woman from Luxemburg, Wisconsin tragically lost her life in a pedestrian crash on Bellevue Street in Green Bay. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening at around 6:00 p.m.

According to witnesses at the scene, the elderly woman and an 83-year-old companion were crossing the street when they were struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and fully cooperated with the police investigation.

Sadly, the 82-year-old woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The 83-year-old pedestrian was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of the injuries sustained in the crash.

In order to conduct a thorough accident reconstruction, a section of Bellevue Street between East Mason Street and Louise Street has been temporarily closed.
