A devastating boating accident on Australia Day has resulted in the tragic death of 16-year-old Darcy Sutherland. The incident occurred near the Grays Point boat ramp, located 30km south of Sydney, when two tinnies driven by 16-year-old boys collided around 10:15 am on Friday.
