**Bomb Threat Evacuates Cebu City Hall of Justice in Qimonda Building**

In a concerning turn of events, a bomb threat forced the evacuation of employees and clients at the Qimonda Building located in the North Reclamation Area of Cebu City. The incident occurred on Monday, February 12, 2024, causing panic and disruption in the area.

The threat came to light when Police Lieutenant Colonel Janette Rafter, the deputy city director for operation of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), informed CCPO Chief Colonel Ireneo Dalogdog about a forwarded message. This message, received around 9 a.m. on Monday, revealed the presence of a bomb in one of the government agencies in Cebu City. Subsequently, it was identified that the target was the Cebu City Hall of Justice, with the bomb reportedly set to detonate at 3 p.m.

The Qimonda Building, where the incident unfolded, is a prominent establishment in Cebu City.
