Law enforcement authorities are currently investigating a disturbing incident that occurred over the weekend near a popular fast-food restaurant in Johnson County, Kansas. The incident, which resulted in a fatality, has left the local community in shock.

Currently, Avance is being held in Johnson County on a requested charge of first-degree murder, with his bond set at $500,000. Online jail records indicate that he is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon to face the charges against him.
